Am I required to Create an Account before I can place an order?
Creating an Account is a convenient tool we've provided for you as our customer. However it is not required. Creating an Account enables you to easily Login and create a more perosnalized experience.

Is there a minimum purchase price?
Yes there is, it's $18.00 - we've found that with minimum shipping rates it's virtually the same cost to send one item of $5-7 as it is to send $18-20 in merchandize
How is my order shipped?
Fedex is the selected carrier we use. During checkout you will be asked to select a method of shipping from Ground to Overnight Delivery. If you are having your package shipped to a residence please check Fedex Home Delivery for ground service.

I like to Window shop on the Internet, but can I order via phone with a live representative?
Yes phone orders are accepted. To order by phone call 413.551.9191, if we are unavailable it means we're busy with other customers so please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.
What is the Shelf-Life of these products, and how should they be properly stored?
All products are shipped within weeks of being produced and enjoy a long shelf life.
- Granolas: 12 months
- Gluten Free: 12 months
- Wine Jellies: 18 months
Granolas and Gluten Free Mixes should just be stored in a cool dark place - typically your pantry is fineas long as there is no heat source nearby.
Jellies require no special storage, except keep in a cool dark place away from any light. Once opened the jar will last for a few months stored in the refrigerator.
